About this apartment rental
Inside Villa Lina, the family offers the possibility to stay in this spacious and bright apartment located on the first floor. Independent and with its private outdoor space under the loggia is an ideal place for families looking for a quiet area outside the city.
THE SPACE:
The access to the house is through the stairs next to the garage, the kitchen is complete with accessories and is well equipped.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms (ideal if you have small children).
Please follow the directions that will be sent before arrival where we recommend the road to follow in order not to run into bottlenecks. The road from Como to Brunate has many curves, please follow the signs for an easy arrival.
Prior to arrival it is required to complete the online check-in where you will have to enter the details of the identity documents of each guest to speed up the recognition process on the day of arrival.
The amount shown on the portal includes the owner’s rent and the payment for ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in invoice in separate accounting documents at check-out.
The entrance to our apartments is scheduled from 15 to 19, to complete the check-in you will be sent a link with instructions for access to the apartment and a "house book" with useful information for the house and stay.
