Big comfy house with clean rooms and bathrooms that had everything we needed! The host was so nice to leave us with coffee which was perfect for us coffee lovers.

Our family had plans to eat and shop in Gruene, float the Guadalupe river, and eat at Clear Springs, and the location of this house was absolutely perfect. The upstairs extra room for movies and hanging out was great for our group of 7. The house was spacious and well-stocked. We appreciated the generous perks like full size toiletries, hand soap, and extra dish soap and trash bags.Appliances like a Ninja coffee maker and fancy fridge with built-in water filter and nugget ice maker were also nice luxuries! We loved the surprise of two bags of complimentary Black Rifle Freedom Roast coffee! The host Elizabeth was helpful and responded quickly to a question.

Nice house but needs some attention to making it more welcoming as a rental! There were ants or bugs in the kitchen, no extra trash bags, dishwashing soap almost empty and no back-ups , few towels for multiple days, no bath or any other mats with slippery floors, only one extra roll of toilet paper, not stocked with decent kitchen accessories for size to be able to cook for the amount of people. No hand towels for down stairs bathroom! Wet towels and sheets left in washer ! Please fix door lock! Not working at all!
