Comfort combines two adjoining accommodations within Gruene Cottages, just minutes from the heart of historic Gruene and downtown New Braunfels. Guests have access to the community pool, playground, and picnic areas while staying close to the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers for tubing, Gruene Hall for live music, local boutiques, wineries, restaurants, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Landa Park, and the many attractions throughout New Braunfels.



The Space:

Comprised of 2 completely separate units that can be booked individually, Shiner Suite and Magnolia, guests now have the flexibility and convenience to book both together, where both units become yours for the duration of your stay. Together, the two units provide flexible space for families or groups traveling together. One suite features a partially open layout with a living area that includes a daybed, two comfortable chairs, and a cable TV. The adjoining galley-style kitchen is equipped with everything needed for light meals, including a microwave, mini refrigerator, a coffee bar with a single-serve coffee maker, and a round dining table with seating for four.



The second studio offers an additional private space with a wall-mounted smart TV with cable, a cocktail table for two, and a kitchenette complete with a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee bar with a single-serve coffee maker. With two separate living areas and convenient kitchenettes, Comfort provides a practical setup for groups looking to stay together while enjoying their own space between adventures in Gruene and New Braunfels.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests in all, between 2 units.



Shiner Suite comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 1 private bedroom as well as a twin size daybed and a twin size trundle bed in the living room.



The bedroom includes 2 queen size beds, a smart TV also equipped with cable, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. The tub is a jetted Whirlpool tub.



Magnolia is a studio unit that comfortably sleeps 2 guests in 1 king size bed.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE

• Communal washer and dryer available in the closet in the breezeway of the building.

• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.

• This home is the combination of the upstairs (Magnolia) and downstairs (Shiner Suite) units in the 2nd building on the right as you enter the property.

• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

• This home is a sister unit to other units in the building.

• Please also note that this unit is part of a larger rental property that includes several smaller units and combination units, so guests may see other guests coming and going and enjoying the shared common areas such as the parking areas, pool, playground, and grounds.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• This property is equipped with external security cameras located on the outside of various buildings, actively monitoring shared common areas including the parking area, pool, and playscape.
