About this cabin rental
It is the perfect place to create memories with family and friends. There are 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, including a large bunk room. The theater room will make your family movie viewing fun. There are plenty of gathering spaces throughout the house including a great room, basement family room, and loft to read or play games.
Enjoy sitting and grilling on the covered deck and experience the views or roasting marshmallows around the gas fire. You can walk out the door and explore the forested property next to the house. It is located close to Bear Lake Marina, Garden City park and beach, Beaver Mountain ski area, ATV/snowmobile and mountain bike trails and tubing/sledding hills. Plowed street for year round access.
Main floor doorways have 4 ft entrance for easy wheelchair accessibility. Master shower is designed for easy wheelchair access with a bench to sit on. There is a wheelchair ramp in the garage. Basement family room has a gas fireplace and kitchenette with a mini-fridge and microwave. There is also a microwave next to the theater room. Wi-Fi available. There are some dvds available as well as games, toys and books.

The home was sparkling clean with a nice layout, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The setting is incredible, a real plus to be away from the crowds in town. We loved the vaulted ceiling and the gorgeous views on the deck. We were disappointed with the basement. It was a surprise that the floors were cement. The three bedrooms downstairs were not as inviting compared to the rooms upstairs. The lot was beautiful with a charming little trail. But, just as shown in their pictures you must beware of a mother moose and babies. This was nice to see wildlife so close, but it also hampered our use of the yard especially as we worried about children’s safety.

Quiet neighborhood and not far from main road into garden city. Beautiful views, great yard for kids to run around or just to sit and enjoy the views. Plenty of comfortable beds. House was clean. Only complaint was the TV's did not have instructions and we were unable to have access to our own streaming aps. I recommend you bring your own roku or other devises. Also wish there were blinds on front windows to block morning sun which affects kitchen/livingroom. Would love to stay again.

We were wowed when we first arrived to find a bull moose in the backyard, this property is easy to get to but is still located next to a forest. We had a family reunion with 6 families which was the perfect fit for the layout. 2 sets of washers and dryers was a plus.
