Sleeps 30-50 people in beds and fit 4 families comfortably!
= 4 Primary Suites ( 2 king beds, 3 Queen beds = Sleeps 10)
= 2 Bunk Rooms (8 Full size bunk beds w/ Trundles) max 5 per bunk x 8 = Sleeps 40 just in bunks 😅 if you need!
Slide into our Dip and Dot Ball Pit, battles with arcade games or tournaments of pingpong.

The property is gorgeous. The location is great. We had a few issues with communication and cleanliness, but that has been resolved with the owner. Would we come here again? I think that would be YES!

This was our first trip to Bear Lake. The Modern Bear was such a pleasure for my family. There were 23 of us ranging in age from 9 to 71 and we had a blast. Our hostess Danielle was amazing in every way and answered any question we had within minutes. She was amazing and the whole experience was fantastic.
The home was huge. The hot tub and swimming pool were a big hit with all ages in our group.
This is the place we will stay for all future trips to Bear Lake!!!
