House One features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, offering a warm and inviting layout with a grand family room, stone fireplace, and a fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops and a large island for meals and conversation. The bedrooms include a luxurious king suite with ensuite bathroom, a second king bedroom, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and bunk beds connected via a Jack-and-Jill bath.
House Two includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, mirroring the comfort and style of the first. The master suite offers a king bed and private ensuite, while the second king bedroom and a third room with a queen bed and bunk beds complete the space. The open-concept living area connects to a beautifully finished kitchen with granite counters and rich cabinetry, perfect for relaxed group meals or late-night snacks.
Outside, the property truly shines with a resort-like atmosphere. Relax by the private pool, soak in the hot tub, or enjoy meals outdoors while surrounded by nature. CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for your arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly.
SELF CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: All reservations will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide Hills of Texas Lodging with a valid credit card to be placed on file for their stay. In lieu of charging a damage deposit or non-refundable damage waiver, a temporary hold of $500 will be placed on a credit card upon arrival for incidentals (just like they do at hotels). We are basically just verifying with your financial institution that sufficient funds are available in the event they were needed to cover property damage(s). If there are no property damages, the card will not be charged.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Everyone participating in the reservation must be over age 25 or if accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
MAX OCCUPANCY: The maximum capacity for this home is 18 guests (including children). No visitors or day guests are allowed. Only the guests registered in this reservation are allowed onsite. If it is discovered that guests are over occupying the property, it will result in eviction.
PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstance.
