This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests and offers two large covered decks overlooking the river, a lower-level entertainment and bunk area, and everything you need for the perfect Hill Country escape.
Sleeping Arrangements
Main Level:
Master Suite: King bed, Smart TV, river-view deck access, ensuite bath with double sinks, soaking tub & walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Smart TV, river views.
Full Guest Bath: Walk-in shower; conveniently located for the 2nd bedroom and main living area.
Lower Level:
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, Smart TV, river views.
Bedroom 4: Queen bed, Smart TV, river views.
Bunkroom/Loft: Two built-in Full-over-Full bunks (each with privacy curtain, shelf, & outlet) + Full-size sofa sleeper + Smart TV.

Gourmet Kitchen & Living Spaces
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room are designed to maximize your view of the river. The fully equipped kitchen features a large island with bar seating for 4, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials for cooking and entertaining. The dining table seats 8–10 guests, and a second refrigerator and full-size washer/dryer are available in the laundry room.
Outdoor Living
Step outside to enjoy two expansive covered decks connected by a staircase—perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or watching the sunset over the river. A firepit with grilling options and propane BBQ grill make outdoor dining a breeze.
Walk down to your private river access, where stairs lead directly into the Guadalupe for tubing, kayaking, or swimming. Float down to the Horseshoe and take the 15–20 minute walk back home!

My wife and I have vacationed with another couple twice a year for over 10 years so we have stayed in many rental properties. This property is well built with a very nice finish out and has great potential. I am confused however why there is no window covering in the living room. It made us feel exposed at night and during the day we had to deal with the sun blaring in our eyes. We were given a small amount of toilet paper and paper towels, forcing us to buy more at the store. The most concerning is that we were only given 2 dishwashing soap pods. Only 2. One of those was used upon our departure leaving only 1 for our entire 6 day stay. That made us wonder how many times people just ran the dishwasher with no soap (we did find some dirty dishes put away). There were also no basic items like salt and pepper so we had to buy some at the store. If the bottom dollar is that important, just raise the daily rental by 5 and provide salt, pepper, non stick pan spray, more toilet paper, more paper towels and more dishwashing soap. Providing the little things can go a long way. Unfortunately the worst part of our stay were the beds. The bed you sleep on can make your stay great or horrible. We honestly couldn’t remember when we had slept on mattresses that bad. Unfortunately none of us slept good our entire stay because of the mattresses. As mentioned at the top, this house has great potential, however the beds are horrible and they need to provide more basic items.

Was an amazing place and we totally loved everything about it! Perfect location not too far and not too close. I would totally recommend and would be back hopefully one day.

Our stay with New Braunfels Escapes was wonderful! First and foremost, Stephanie was absolutely awesome. She went above and beyond to help me with an early check-in and kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. That kind of service is rare, and it really made a difference.The property was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family getaway. My husband had the best time fishing with our children—it was so special watching them make those memories together.We’ll definitely be back and will be booking through Stephanie again next time!

The house is wonderful, very spacious and modern/new in terms of amenities (not architectural style) due to newer construction relative to many other rentals. The river access and outdoor spaces are great. Would definitely stay here again.
