I enjoyed my stay. I was with my adult daughter. When it sleeps 3, I was under the impression that there were 3 beds. There was a queen size and a small sofa. I would say the sofa was large enough for a 10-12 year old. Fortunately she is petite, but I would maybe suggest a slightly larger sofa bed as a 3rd bed. Also, it is not three separate beds if that matters for you. The shower was very nice pressure and temperature. The place to set soap and shampoo falls to either side because it is just balanced on a bar. Lastly complimentary shampoo and soap would be nice for light travelers as this seems to always be provided in hotels and many other rentals by owner. The owner communicates very nicely and replies quickly. I recommend this as a great place to enjoy the Alps. My first time and we really enjoyed the location to the two train stations and buses.

Interlaken is a nice central location from which to explore the area around it. There are trains and gondolas to take you up the mountains and boats to enjoy the lakes.

The place proved simple and easily accessible. The owner was also very helpful.

Checking in was a big problem. The number to push to make the front door open was not communicated right. It was a picture of number 1 and 9 and the key 🔑 highlighted. The correct way was you had to push 🔑 1919 🔑. We were behind the door for 20 min. And when someone opened the door and we went in to get the room key, the box was not opening to get the key. After 5 min the cleaning staff were going to the basement, they opened the box for us and she said the box has problem opening and stucks most of the time. After that every thing was great.
