Cocoonr offers you a haven of tranquillity in the heart of the 9th arrondissement: Le jardin des Docks. This 64 square metre flat is located on the ground floor of a small condominium. Close to a restaurant, bar, Pathé Vaise cinema complex, bakery, high-way (rally car simulation) or a stroll along the banks of the Saône.

The flat is composed as follows:
- Entrance hall with storage cupboards and wardrobe
- Fully-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
- A bedroom facing the street, very well soundproofed and with a wardrobe
- A bathroom with double washbasin, WC and shower
- A second bedroom overlooking the garden, with wardrobe.
- A lounge with sofa, chaise longue, TV, internet access and a small office area. This also opens onto the garden
- A garden accessible from the bedroom or the living room, with sofas and a table for sipping an aperitif.
- If you are coming by car, you can park your car in the garage that links this flat (there is a charging station for electric vehicles in the garage if you wish to recharge your electric car).
