ABOUT THE SPACE:
Dumella is a stunning self-catering holiday cottage located at the entrance to Findhorn village, a glorious hidden gem of the moray Firth on the east coast of Scotland.
A wonderfully sized five bedroom property, kitted out with everything you’ll need to feel at home whilst on holiday in our favourite place.
We’re excited to share it all with you!

THE SPACE:
Comprised of 5 good sized bedrooms, two living spaces, fully equipped kitchen,a wet room, bathroom, laundry room, enclosed back garden and herb garden at the front- we hope Dumella House can fulfil all your wants and needs.

"A true 5 star place to stay. Peaceful, interesting, beautiful, spacious, comfortable. They have gone above and beyond to equip this home well (including bikes you can borrow, a wonderfully equipped kitchen, pizza oven). Stones throw from the beach but set back enough to feel very peaceful when inside. Great eco credentials too, with a heat pump installed, and EV charger and clear system for recycling. "Another excellent stay at Dumella, we all thoroughly enjoyed our weekend! The accommodation is very clean, well equipped and Alban was very helpful and responded very quickly prior to our stay! We didnt need to be in touch with him while we were there at the Beach retreat - all was there and we were all super happy! "We stayed for a family get together for a weekend and were absolutely delighted with everything about the property. The location was fantastic for outdoor activities with Findhorn Bay and beach a short walk away. The facilities were excellent and the well stocked larder ensured that everything that we forgot to take for cooking in the well laid out kitchen was there if required. There are two pubs that serve food a five minute walk away and a small shop that sells essentials even closer. The enclosed rear garden is also a bonus and would be fantastic in the summer evenings. With the Sky TV package and good WiFi, we had everything that we needed for a memorable family get together." - 5 star review, Ian March 2024
"We had a wonderful stay with our entire family and their dogs.
The property is spacious and the numerous aspects such as large dinner-kitchen and separate living room where superb and provided enough space for us all.
The beautiful bathroom with separate shower and the wet room are excellent and the piping hot water great! Everything you need is there including games for all of the family. We made use of the projector in the large living room with our firestick making the rugby and movie night fab. An unbelievable TV package available in the other lounge too. Clean and well equipped. Great pantry it felt like home from home. Very comfortable home. Plenty of space and the dogs loved it. So easy to let them play in the garden and walk to the beach. Made for a very relaxing holiday

This is a lovely house. We really spent all of our time in the kitchen diner lounge area backing onto the garden...The beds aren't really suitable for 10 adults. Two of the doubles are very small and the twin beds are child's beds. The drying room is fabulous and garden lovely...Findhorn is a delight...

The property is excellent with enough room for us all to have our own space. We know the area well and this house is a stone’s throw from the bay and an easy walk to the Moray Firth. There are many places to visit each with their own character and history. There is something for everyone, young and old.

The property was fantastic--we were delighted by every aspect. It's beautifully appointed and maintained. The beds were quite comfortable, they ensure that the internet connection is boosted, the setting was lovely with great access to everything, on-site parking, the laundry room was impressive and communication with the host was excellent.
