The Space:
Private cottage, with open kitchen & living spa fully appointed for your vacation. Calming cypress wood interiors and modern clean design offer an oasis in the heart of historic downtown Charleston. Comfortable bedrooms, equipped with hotel style linens & product, and en suite bathrooms. 2 level private cottage. Lounge on your covered porch and enjoy your stay with ease, with all of downtown's best right at your doorstep.
The Cottage accommodates up to 7 guests between 3 bedrooms & 3 baths.
Flex Bedroom #1 – King bed (or two twins) & Twin bed + Ensuite bathroom
Bedroom #2 – Queen bed + Ensuite bathroom
Bedroom #3 – Queen bed + Ensuite bathroom
*All ‘Flex’ rooms can be converted from King beds to two twins when requested*

Guest Access:
Each Town & Island Co. unit is equipped with coded locks and unique codes that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer a luggage storage space with a coded lock to the rear of the blue building at the front of the property (56 A & B) for all Blue Haven and Dune Cottages guests to use as needed.

Cannonborough Elliotborough is a charming, hip neighborhood, dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, trendy eateries & bakeries. Residents, students, & vacationers enjoy a walkable lifestyle, just a few blocks from bustling Upper King Street.

Located in the heart of the downtown peninsula, with a neighborhood location Rated a 97/100 walkability score. Explore Charleston with ease.
Too hot or too far to walk? Not a problem, Charleston offers a variety of transportation options such as a free downtown shuttle, pedicab, or ride share companies.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $125 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).
Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.

AC worked well and was exactly what was listed. The place was clean and renters were great at responding swiftly. They allowed for early check in to accommodate us.

Lovely house- newly renovated, comfortable, well appointed, clean and as described. We had a full house (2 parents and 7 teenage girls) - 2 girls slept on the pull out couch that they said was comfortable. 3 bathrooms worked for our group. They aren’t generous on the towels but we used washer/dryer. Was very happy that with so many people showering the pressure was great and we didn’t run out of hot water! 5 min walk to Upper King St was very convenient. Property manager very responsive. Overall great weekend.
