This cozy cottage is located just a few cottages back from the Pacific Ocean on the main street into the Bella Beach community. Beach Bungalow is a one level two bedroom Nantucket-style cottage with everything you'll need to fulfill your vacation dreams. Beach Bungalow…by the sea is a perfect couples or small family retreat.
The comfortable open living room with its high wood ceilings and cozy gas log fireplace add to the livability of this cozy-cottage. Nothing was speared in the selection of custom furnishings, cabinetry and fixtures throughout "Beach Bungalow." The media center features a large smart TV/with Roku allowing for everyone to stream their favorite movies. Two bedrooms off the living area connect to a large back deck with a hot tub and outdoor beach-furnishings for your relaxation while enjoying the southern exposure.
The master suite has been prearranged for our most discerning guests. A queen-sized top of the line mattress surrounded by a Lane-Cottage Collection poster bed, multiple pillows and luxurious high-thread count sheets make one feel they are there only to rest...sliding doors connect you to the spacious deck for hot tubing, dining or showering after a long day at the beach. The adjoining colorful and cheery bath is charming with Koehler and Moen fixtures and plenty of fresh white towels.
Beach Bungalow’s second bedroom, roomy and bright, is a retreat for guests that desire the luxury of a king bed, premium linens, and the ability to step out side for a dip in the hot tub. Nearby is the second full designer bath, plenty of fresh white towels, and washer and dryer for those sandy swim suits.
The cozy kitchen offers custom antiqued painted black and saffron yellow Cardell Cabinetry, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and luxury cookware creating the perfect setting for cooking a simple or simply elegant meal…the distressed white and black dining table offers amble space for the group to dine late into the evening or play a game or two while enjoying the heat from the gas-log fireplace.
Beach Bungalow offers a spacious yard for your privacy and relaxation. There is small front porch and large 450 sq ft back deck to enjoy the southern exposure. The grounds are lined with native shore pines, pink escallonia, blue hydrangeas, native grasses, Shasta daisies and many other Oregon Coast native plants. Beach Bungalow...by the sea offers plenty of room to make new memories along the Coast of Oregon.
Minutes from recreation, shopping, fine dining and sights of Salishan, Depoe Bay, Lincoln City and Newport, there is always plenty to do nearby…whether visiting for a romantic getaway for two or a small family retreat Beach Bungalow...by the Sea is a truly wonderful place to get away from it all.
During Spring Break, you must arrive on Friday (when available) or leave 3/nights open for another guest to stay. Summer Season you must back to another reservation or leave two nights open for another guest to reserve. For security purposes there is a Ring camera located on the property, monitoring the driveway and entryway. There are no cameras inside the home.

A fun little house to relax at and enjoy the coast. The hot tub is private (and even worth a dip during the rainy winter) and the beach is only about a five minute walk. The TV has a nice stereo system, but I will say the beds are REALLY tall. I'm an average height male but even I had to leap up to get on the bed. The neighborhood is mostly other vacation rentals so keep in mind there will be a lot of foot traffic. The kitchen is nice and has most of the basics there for your use. But for the coffee drinkers, remember to bring your own coffee and baskets!

Thank you for allowing my friends and I to stay at your beautiful home. Everything about the house is beyond our expectation! The view is magificent from both floors and the accommodations are splendid! The house was VERY clean, neat and fully equipped for every family! The listing description is very accurate and Lisa is such a wonderful person to rent from. I would definitely come back again because the house was directly located by the beach! So many things to do. My friends and I especially enjoy watching the sunset from our rooms as we sat in the hot tubs. Thank you again for an unforgetable getaway.
