Inside, the condo exudes warmth and comfort with soft coastal tones, wood accents, and white-framed windows that let in abundant natural light. The open living area features cozy seating, a Smart TV, and a fireplace—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Step out onto the deck to soak in the large private hot tub while enjoying the salty breeze and panoramic ocean views.
This two-bedroom retreat offers privacy and comfort for all guests, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. One bedroom includes a king bed and flat-screen TV, while the living area offers a fully equipped queen sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests.
At Glimmering Sands, it's all about the beach—long walks on the shore, afternoons of beachcombing, and evenings soaking in the hot tub. Whether you're here to explore, relax, or reconnect, this home provides everything you need for a memorable stay on the Oregon Coast.

Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
*IMPORTANT* NO commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles, trucks, truck campers or other recreational vehicle or equipment shall not be allowed on any part of the Property nor Common Areas in the Bella Beach community.

The view and access to the beach were exactly what I was looking for - we were right THERE! Not a partial view, not a few blocks away but right there to watch the waves roll in & out and actually hear them as we slept. The place was cute, cosy and comfortable!

Great location. Right next to beach access and beautiful views. Had everything we needed. Was nervous about parking but had no trouble with lots of trips in and out. Place was clean and comfy. Already looking for future dates so we can come back. Thanks for a relaxing trip!

The only problem we had is the listing says the unit is one level below parking. Then we find out there is no parking at the unit. Great location for beach access! Nice small place.

This was the perfect place for our mother/daughter getaway. Ocean front, comfy chairs, hot tub, separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Very quiet here. We had a relaxing time. The owners checked in via text each day to make sure we had everything we needed. We had the option of a late checkout of an additional hour for free; or 3 more hours for a fee. We happily accepted the later checkout with the fee. Why end a great weekend any earlier than we need to?
