The open living area features cozy seating, a Smart TV, and a fireplace—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Step out onto the deck to soak in the large private hot tub while enjoying the salty breeze and panoramic ocean views.
This two-bedroom retreat offers privacy and comfort for all guests, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. One bedroom includes a king bed and flat-screen TV, while the living area offers a fully equipped queen sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests.

Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
*IMPORTANT* NO commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles, trucks, truck campers or other recreational vehicle or equipment shall not be allowed on any part of the Property nor Common Areas in the Bella Beach community.

It is a beautiful clean beach front property; easy access to the beach. The unit is clean, well positioned to the kitchen, living room and the dining area. The hot tub is a plus. It is a perfect place for 4 guests not 6…and fun for the pets. We had a good time and the weather was perfect (couldn’t ask for a better one).However, there are couple things that needs to be addressed as followings:1. Descriptions of the place not quite clear whether the unit is located in this three-story-house. To access the rental unit at the bottom floor of the house is certainly not convenient and safe for anyone who has mobility issues. Not to mention carrying luggages and other things down on a long staircase. Should have some white strips taped down. 2. The cost build in doesn’t not include pets. Should indicate better in the description when people booking not a surprised extra costs before couple days of vacation!!!3. Last but not least, parking are not available in front of rental unit ( same thing, descriptions are not quite clear and thoroughly explained)4. The kitchen dinnerware’s and silverware’s should be more than just one set of 6. 5. The hot water is too hot (that could be tamed down) around the sink areas while the showers are not that hot. Shower Mats should be placed in the stalls in preventing guests could slip and fall. In general, it is a good beach vacation place for younger crowds but not for seniors whom has mobility challenges.

The view and access to the beach were exactly what I was looking for - we were right THERE! Not a partial view, not a few blocks away but right there to watch the waves roll in & out and actually hear them as we slept. The place was cute, cosy and comfortable!

Great location. Right next to beach access and beautiful views. Had everything we needed. Was nervous about parking but had no trouble with lots of trips in and out. Place was clean and comfy. Already looking for future dates so we can come back. Thanks for a relaxing trip!

The only problem we had is the listing says the unit is one level below parking. Then we find out there is no parking at the unit. Great location for beach access! Nice small place.
