Spend your stay with us in Gaino, a small town just above Toscolano Maderno, in our exclusive LECCINO holiday home in the Le Casette residence with its own outdoor whirlpool. Enjoy a relaxing break in a luxurious feel-good atmosphere.
Experience an incomparable dream view on Lake Garda, covered private terrace with outdoor whirlpool & shared garden with pool. You will be enthusiastic!
The entire residence Le Casette has 3 holiday homes + 1 owner's house. The houses were completed in 2021 and offer you some special amenities.
This exclusive & family-friendly wellness oasis Casa LECCINO in the Le Casette residence was designed with a modern and stylish feel-good interior to enable holiday guests to take a relaxing break with family or friends far away from the stressful everyday life.
You can expect a light-flooded, spacious 140 m holiday home on 3 levels.
In addition to a light-flooded living and dining area with large window fronts to the balcony, the spacious upper floor also houses the kitchen and a toilet. The dining area with an elegant crystal dining table and 6 comfortable chairs invites you to get together and play evenings.
The open, fully equipped kitchen harmoniously integrated into the living and dining area with high-quality equipment with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, German coffee maker, toaster, kettle leave nothing to be desired.
On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and a bedroom with two single beds invite you to sleep, as well as a bathroom with a glass shower. One bedroom leads to the balcony. Wardrobes offer enough storage space for the holiday wardrobe.
The beds are made up, we also provide towel sets. You should bring bath towels for the pool.
In the basement there is the third spacious bedroom with a double bed (160 x 195) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine (free use).
Recover from your numerous activities in your own outdoor whirlpool (for sole use!) In the covered terrace area with a view of the lake and let your mind wander.
You can jump into the pool to cool off.
Pets are not allowed in this house, so it is ideal for those with animal hair allergies.
2 parking spaces are available at the house.
Toscolano Maderno is the ideal starting point for your nature experience in the beautiful Black Forest: for hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking, but also for road tours by bike, motorcycle or car. Enjoy the peace and quiet, far away from the stress of everyday life. Restaurants, supermarkets, the lake promenade and the ferry can be found in the neighboring center of Toscolano Maderno (10 minutes by car).
For golf lovers there are several golf courses within a 15 km radius.
A trip to the cities of Verona, Brescia, Mantua, Venice, Milan are also recommended during a stay in Toscolano Maderno. Or make your children happy and go to the amusement park Gardaland (approx. 50 km).
Tourist tax 1 euro per day and per person.
It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.

The holiday home and the whole property are practical and neat, with owners living beside and taking good care of maintening the residence. The place comes with access to the pool and a private jacuzzi. Although privacy is obviously limited in such a shared residence, it is offset by the quality of facilities, a great location and a dream view indeed. Highly recommended!
Only one point to flag - slighly more kitchenware (e.g. parmigiano grater or tea pot) and other house equipment (e.g. laundry basket/bucket) could be provided.

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, gut angelegt und geschmackvoll hergerichtet.
Sehr komfortabel und schön, incl. Pool und Whirlpool. Eine wunderschöne Aussicht.
Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, alles ist sehr gut organisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Für die Zahl an Leuten könnt die Ausstattung in der Küche mehr sein - dann muss nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit der Geschirrspüler laufen… Anzahl Gläser, Teller, Besteck, normale Messer, es gibt kein Spaghettisieb, nur 2 Schälchen. Behälter für die Mülltrennung.

Richtung Osten der Blick auf den Gardasee, Richtung Westen die Berge. Das Haus liegt wunderschön oberhalb von Maderno. Abends sieht man die beleuchtete Uferseite. Vom Jacuzzi aus blickt man auch auf den Gardasee. Das Haus ist geräumig und modern eingerichtet - alles neu. Toll auch der beheizte Pool. Die super netten Vermieter konnten wir jederzeit erreichen. Sie haben uns auch Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben (Lago d'Idro...). Wir (2 Erwachsene, zwei Jugendliche) haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Durch die zwei Balkone, einem großzügigen Freisitz, der Liegen am Pool und der zusätzlichen Liegen am Jacuzzi findet jeder auch mal eine ruhige Ecke zum Relaxen. Ich kann nur sagen, es war sehr erholsam und wir kommen wieder! P.S. Auch sehr gute Matratzen und ein riesiger Einbauschrank!
