New for 2024: Flat screen TVs in all rooms, with Smart TVs in both queen bedrooms, living room, and den. New pool area furniture, including a table for 10. Wall mounted hair dryers in all bathrooms.
This ocean side property in Poteskeet Village has a casual décor and living spaces and is located within easy walking distance to the beach. Shady deck on the first level is perfect for reading and relaxing. Sundecks on the first and second levels offer plenty of outside enjoyment. This property is located in the Town of Duck.

The property was ideally situated. We were easily able to walk to the beach, even my 92 year old mother! The walk to ice cream was less than 1/2 mile. The pool was awesome especially when the beach was closed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Good customer service. Checked in on time. Clean house. Clean pool. Would stay there again. Traffic is the WORST! I will never stay in Duck again!!

Overall we thought this property was very nice and we enjoyed staying in it. Lots of space, pool was great and clean, wonderful location, and everything in good working order. Easy walk to beach and downtown Duck and boardwalk. A few minor changes could really make a big difference - replace the sectional and chair in the living room. Both sag from years is use, are dingy, and shopworn. Second, update decorations such as pictures on walls…that would make it seem a bit fresher and move inviting. Overall a very nice and trouble free stay…we would stay again.
