150' to Beach Access * Private Pool

The location of this property is perfect right next to a beautiful beach and a lovely short walk to the sound side of Duck. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets with perfect water views for both. The home is so much more than its location however! We really enjoyed the multiple levels of porches, screened and unscreened with swing, hammock, and multiple seating options. The kitchen allowed for seamless meal preparations-everything we needed was available, well maintained and clean. So many little conveniences and touches through this home, too many to mention. From surfing, walking the beach, walking to downtown, games in the game room and multiple hangouts at the pool and hot tub this property had so much to offer. Loved the beach equipment to use with many options for shade on property as well. Duck is incredible and a nice location to access Corolla and Kittyhawk from. We saw so much wildlife on the OBX also (dolphins, wild horses, black bears, osprey, deer, turtles and could watch the crabs dig and go in and out of their holes for hours!) The host was prompt and accurate with all communications. We can’t recommend this property enough.

This is our third year staying at this house and as previous years it was excellent. The kids love the pool and it has everything a family could need.

The location is excellent . Having toddlers with us the child gates and children's table was a real plus. The kitchen was well equipped. Within easy walking distance to the beach, shopping, eating and the boardwalk .

Proximity to the beach is perfect. Big spacious areas for everyone.
