The sun room has a window AC unit, it cools off nicely but it wasn’t turned on when we arrived so when you get there if you’re using that room make sure you turn it on first thing! The beach convenience was so nice to be able to walk right across to get there.

Excellent location! House was clean and air conditioning was nice and cold. Fun board games and lots of beach chairs . Furnishings were dated but that did not affect the joy of the stay. Would stay again! Thanks!
