Offering panoramic ocean and sound views from its wrap-around decks. Guests can enjoy the community beach access just a short 1175-foot walk away. Along with the convenience of being close to local dining and shopping. The open top floor layout also improves social interaction, making it ideal for families and entertaining, as the host can prepare food while remaining fully engaged with guests or keeping an eye on children. Outdoors, families can utilize the charcoal grill and picnic tables, enjoy the basketball goal, or explore the neighborhood using the two provided bicycles to reach the soundfront boardwalk and town park.
