Welcome to Family Tradition, a modern 6-bedroom, 5-bath home in Schooner Ridge. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach or an 8-minute walk into the Heart of Duck, this home will truly become your next family tradition.
Inside, you will find a bedroom with 2 queen beds and an ensuite bathroom on the ground level, along with a conveniently located 2025 GE washer and dryer. On this same level there is a rec room with a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping! Making your way upstairs, there are 2 full hall bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub. With room for everyone to sleep, there is a bedroom with 1 bunk bed and a twin bed with a trundle underneath. Additionally, there is a king bedroom with a desk, another king bedroom, and 2 more king bedrooms, both with their own ensuite bathrooms. For extra sleeping space, there is a pull-out sofa in one of the king rooms as well.
Stepping into the heart of the home, you will find yourself in the fully stocked kitchen with updated stainless-steel appliances and bar seating for an entertainment atmosphere. Directly off the kitchen is a great room with an open concept into the dining area, suited for large family meals. Make your way outside into the sunroom with deck access and dining, or head up to the ship's watch and catch the best views of your life. As if the entertainment inside or the stocked beach equipment room with chairs, wagons, and toys for fun in the sun isn't enough, you can relax in the hot tub on the wrap-around deck.
