Finely restored stone farmhouse of 1872.
The property is spread over three floors, where on the ground floor has been obtained an apartment of about 52m2, consisting of kitchen with a sofa bed, double bedroom and sofa bed, bathroom with toilet and shower.
If necessary we have the possibility to add a box / bed for 4/5 years old children.
The house is accessed via two pedestrian passages.
The car can be left in a public car park which is about 60 / 70mt from the property.
The house is completely fenced and has two internal courtyards where you can spend time outdoors or where to have a barbecue.

We had an amazing week at this property! There was a warm welcome from the hosts and then plenty of privacy in the comfy apartment and garden with sweeping views of the mountains. We had an excellent stay and would love to come again in the future. The lake and surrounding area is stunning!

It's a lovely house, with a lovely host in a beautiful area. There was even a homemade pie waiting for us when we arrived!

Antonella and Stefano are superb hosts, very attentive without being intrusive. We loved Antonella's apricot tart and tiramisu - thank you! The apartment is on one floor of their beautiful, traditional stone building in the small village of Colma. We particularly enjoyed the fabulous terrace with views over the valley to Cesara and the mountains beyond. It was a great place to enjoy coffee and eating outside under the shade of a huge parasol. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything we needed. Lake Orta is lovely. Much quieter than the bigger lakes and well worth visiting.
