Perfect location

It was the perfect location for our one-night stay in Orta San Giulio. Located on the third floor, the balcony offered a partial view of the lake and was just across from the La Motta restaurant. We stayed here, as it offered us an ideal point to get the water taxi across to the island and explore the town.

A wonderful retreat, great value and with a helpful and communicative host!

Brilliant area with a great view from the balcony. You could hear the sounds of the town and the bells without it being too loud!

Large apartment, spacious bathroom, well equipped. Very nice balcony. The location is very central.

Very hot and nothing to help with it. I understand that there is no airconditioner (it is a flat in historical building) but at least small fan will be very helpful. In booking it is stated that free wi-fi is available (in common premises) however - this is very misleading - according to the person who did our check-in there is some free wifi in the city od Orto but not available in the flat - this might be a big problem for those who count on having internet connection in the apartment. We had some check-out disconnection so it will be great if there is correct check-out time stated in the offer.

Würde ich sofort wieder buchen

Die Lage war toll zwar kein Parkplatz aber nur 5 Minuten entfernt ein Parkplatz für 19 Euro 24 Stunden war überhaupt kein Problem

Veel trappen lopen om boven te komen. Lastig om met auto dichtbij te komen dus lang lopen als je veel bagage hebt

Mukava ja siisti paikka, mutta hyttyssuojaus ei oikein pitänyt.

Majapaikka oli hyvällä sijainnilla ja siellä oli kivasti tilaa. Kaikku oli siistiä.

Mäkäräiset tai polttiaiset pääsivät hyttysverkon väleistä sisään, ja varsinkin ensimmäinen yö oli hankala. Kun ikkunat piti pitää kiinni, meinasi tulla liian kuuma, muttaonnekai ei ollut liian kova helle, koska ilmastointia ei ollut. Keittiössä voisi olla ainakin leikkuulauta, ja ehkä enemmän lastoja/ ruoanlaittovälineitä.

Super leuk appartement!

De ruimte en dat het lekker schoon was.

Het was 30 graden tijdens ons verblijf. Het was fijn geweest als er airconditioning aanwezig was. Met de ventilator hebben we redelijk goed kunnen slapen.

Ce logement permet d'apprécier Orta San Giulio de la meilleure façon.

Emplacement excellent, calme, (il y avait des travaux sur le toit de la maison d'à côté, mais le loueur n'en est pas responsable), bien équipé et propre. Nous n'étions que deux mais l'appartement est très bien pour une famille de 4/5 personnes.

Il y a tout de même 64 marches d'escalier dans l'immeuble pour arriver à l'appartement. Les règles du parking à Orta San Giulio ne sont pas claires. Il faudrait les préciser.

Leider zu kurzer Aufenthalt

sehr schönes, geräumiges Apartment direkt im Zentrum von Orta. leider konnten wir in einer kurzen Nacht nicht alles ausnutzen, was das Apartment anbietet. sicherlich sehr interessant, wenn man länger bleiben möchte.

Uns ist es trotz der Hinweise des Vermieters bzw. der YouTube Filme nicht gelungen, die Kaffeemaschine in Betrieb zu setzen.

Sehr guter Stützpunkt, um Ausflüge rund um den Ortasee zu machen.

Sehr zentral gelegene, geräumige und helle Wohnung. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Grosszügiges Badezimmer. Ruhige Lage.

Zum Eingang der Wohnung führen etliche Treppen. Lift hat es keinen. Bequeme Fauteils fehlen. Die Betten könnten besser sein.

Le tante scale,caratteristica anche di tutti i borghi medioevali😂,purtroppo x me "scomode"...ma ne è valsa la pena...

La proximité du centre du village

Le mobilier est de mauvaise qualité. La porte du balcon ne se ferme pas. Les lits grincent. Un meuble est tombé sous le poids d un linge… en plus de la location, le propriétaire me demande 250€ pour renouveler son mobilier défectueux à mes frais… à éviter absolument !!!
