The approx. 75 m² 2½-room apartment is located in a sunny and central position in the heart of the charming village Orta San Giulio, whose medieval core with its small streets often serves as a shelter for filming. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. First floor of an old palazzo and is lovingly, partly antique furnished. From the living / dining area you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake, the island of San Giulio and the mountains thanks to the two window doors. With the windows open, you sit here as in a loggia and can enjoy the unique view. The best is to come and be enchanted! From the house you can do everything on foot. Therefore, you need your car on holiday only for trips to the area. The lake and ship mooring are about 100 m away. Bars, restaurants, grocery stores and the central Piazza Motta can be reached in a minute's walk. Bathing facilities are available in about 400 m distance, the public beach is about 1.5 km away. Hiking and mountain biking tours can be started directly from the house. If you do not want to lose contact with the rest of the world despite the extensive recreational offer, you have free WLAN access to the Internet. In the months of July, August and September, a free car park is at your disposal in the parking garage, some 300 meters away. In the other months you can park your car in one of the free parking spaces in about 400 m distance. For loading and unloading you can drive up to 50 m to the house.
