This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom Hilton Head Island Sea Pines villa is located just outside of South Beach in Sea Pines. With stunning updates throughout, with a pool and jacuzzi located in the center of the home, this home provides guests with comfort and relaxation.
The large living area, which is open to the dining room, features a large sectional sofa, a flat-screen TV and overlooks the pool. There is also a wet bar centered between the kitchen and the living area. The renovated kitchen features a gas range, oven and granite countertops with a bar that seats 4. There is also a breakfast table with seating for 6.
The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and access to the pool deck through sliding doors. The impressive primary bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead and a separate handheld showerhead. Just down the hall, you'll find the bunk room, which sleeps 4. This room has a TV and a private bathroom with a step-in shower. The two remaining guest bedrooms each feature queen beds, flat-screen TVs and renovated bathrooms with walk-in showers.
South Sea Pines Drive 97 is perfect for outdoor living on Hilton Head. The immaculate pool deck features lounge chairs, cushioned couches, a gas grill, and a screened-in cabana area- perfect for outdoor dining! **Pool and spa can be heated for additional fees, and must be arranged at least 2 weeks before arrival.** This Sea Pines rental home is just a 5-minute walk from the beach, a short bike ride from South Beach Marina, and perfectly located for easy access to Hilton Head Island's top attractions and activities.

Excellent all around experience from property management to rental equipment place to house. Location is nicely located in South Beach area and a easy walk to the beach. House is very nice, well appointed and taken care. Would definitely go back.

We had the best vacation thanks to this beach house. The pool, proximity to the beach and quiet location was ideal for two families with young children (ages 3,6,6 and 9). The house layout was great for our group of 8 and the visibility of the pool from all common areas was a major bonus as far as safety is concerned. The house was clean upon arrival and Management at Sunset was easy to reach if we ever had a question. Highly recommend!!

Location is great, short walk to the beach and in close proximity to salty dog cafe. Lovely pool, second primary suite is significantly smaller with no closet space.
