Welcome to your Sedona retreat! A spacious 3,200 sq. ft. mid-century modern home in West Sedona with breathtaking red rock views. Relax in the heated pool, soak in the hot tub, or unwind by the outdoor fireplace under starry skies. Inside, enjoy an open living space, a fully stocked kitchen, and a spa-like rain shower. Watch your favorite films in the private movie theater. With easy access to hiking, dining, and shopping, this home offers the perfect blend of luxury and adventure.
Spacious & Inviting Living Area: Step inside and be greeted by an open and airy living space filled with natural light, comfortable seating, and a smart TV for entertainment. Large windows frame the stunning red rock views, creating the perfect backdrop for relaxation.
Gourmet Kitchen & Dining: The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a home-cooked meal, including a stainless steel double-door fridge, bar seating, and a charming breakfast nook overlooking the outdoor space. The dining area for six is perfectly positioned next to large sliding glass doors, offering beautiful lighting and direct access to the backyard.
Bedrooms ::The primary suite is a private retreat, offering a luxurious king bed, a dedicated workspace for productivity, and a spa-like ensuite for ultimate relaxation. Direct access to the backyard lets you enjoy the serene outdoor space anytime. Two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a queen— high-quality bedding, plenty of storage for your belongings, and a peaceful ambiance.
Movie Room & Upper Patios: Head upstairs to the dedicated movie room, featuring a projector, surround sound, blackout shades, and a futon for extra lounging. Two separate patios provide outdoor seating to take in Sedona’s breathtaking sunsets, red rock views, and night skies.
Two Dedicated Workspaces: Need to get some work done? This home features two dedicated workspaces with desks and comfortable seating, ensuring a productive yet peaceful environment.

This home is located in West Sedona, adjacent to the Sugarloaf Mountain trailhead. Near hiking & biking trails, vortex sites, shopping, restaurants and more! We send you a list of local favorite places to eat, shop as well activities.
A car is highly recommend for traveling in Sedona. Uber/Lyft services are available but limited in our area.
Pool can be heated year round up to 82 degrees for no additional fee. Pool and Hot tub heat are not guaranteed.
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am.
Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization.

Please keep mountain bikes and muddy shoes in the garage or outside.
Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.
Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.
We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.
By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings.
We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!
Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.

* Do not leave children unsupervised at any time.
* Please do not use glassware or breakables at the Pool / hot tub.
* A fee will be assessed to drain and refill the hot tub due to glass breakage, or excessively dirty water in the hot tub.
* After use, please put hot tub cover back on and secure in place.

We had a truly great stay. The home was wonderfully comforting and offered plenty of amenities that made us feel right at ease. Cleanliness was absolutely on par, and we genuinely had nothing to complain about. The host was fantastic—very straightforward and easy to communicate with. Plus, the lovely trail behind the house, leading toward the Sugar Loaf mountains, made for beautiful scenic hikes. Overall, it was a great experience, and I hope everyone gets to have such a beautiful stay like this. It’s well deserved.

This property is a 10/10!! The house and property are beautiful! We enjoyed the pool and beautiful scenery of the Red Rocks right in the back yard!! We even saw some javelina’s our last night! They were walking around the neighborhood and were excited to watch them! If I had to pick one thing that could be better it would be the seating in the theater room. A bit uncomfortable to relax and watch a movie, otherwise this property is perfect! We will definitely be back!!!!

The home was incredible and exceeded what I expected. The neighborhood was quiet, the backyard was amazing and the communication with the owner was exceptional! The owner provided so many basic amenities, that my family & I only needed a short trip to the store for food items! The beds were so outstanding that I looked to check what type of mattress toppers and pillows were used and ordered them for my own home before I left! Right outside we could hike to Sugar Loaf trail and get to the very top! Home is very close to everything! I would without a doubt rent this property again!
