This upgraded ranch-style retreat offers 2,100 square feet, four bedrooms, and three full bathrooms to comfortably sleep up to 12 guests.
Enter through a private courtyard into the open-concept great room where high ceilings, natural light, and panoramic views of Thunder Mountain set the tone for your stay. The space flows effortlessly between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, all featuring warm wood floors and exposed wood beams.
Living Room: A cozy, bright gathering space with plush sectional seating, a 60” Smart TV with YouTube TV, and a white-washed brick gas fireplace. Towering ceilings and large windows invite the landscape inside for that perfect Sedona ambiance.
Kitchen: Fully equipped and beautifully updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and every tool needed to whip up gourmet meals or quick snacks. The breakfast bar with seating for four keeps the conversation flowing.
Dining Area: Elegant dining for eight, with a sliding glass door that opens onto a private deck featuring alfresco dining for eight and views that stretch across the desert horizon.

Master Bedroom 1 — King bed with premium mattress and luxury linens, 43” Smart TV with YouTube TV, and a private en suite bath featuring artisanal stonework and a spa-style tile shower.
Bedroom 2 — King bed with cloud-like comfort, 43” Smart TV with YouTube TV, and access to a full bath with stunning stone finishes.
Bedroom 3 — King bed with a comfort-first design, 43” Smart TV with YouTube TV, and shared access to the beautifully appointed bathroom.
Bedroom 4 / Bunk Room / Kid Zone — Two twin-over-full bunk beds, a love seat three stylish bean bags, a 70” Smart TV with retro Sega and Nintendo consoles, and a foosball table for nonstop fun. Note: This room has no central heating/cooling; portable A/C and space heater are provided.
