Our beautiful brand new home with its latest appliances, high-end furniture and designer touches is truly a contemporary gem in the heart of West Sedona. This 3 bed, 2 bath residence is conveniently located within walking distance to the popular Soldier’s Pass and Sugarloaf trails, it’s also next to a grocery store and many coffee shops and restaurants.

Sugarloaf Loop Trail (6min WALK from the house) is a 1.9 mile heavily trafficked loop trail that that offers the chance to see wildlife

The house was amazing for our stay! Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Clean, well-appointed and a perfect location west of the Main Street Sedona scrum. The owner was great at communicating and we received our check-in information early with no issue. We loved this place and would happily go back!!

The property was fabulous and we very much enjoy our stay! Clean, well stocked and nice quality throughout. The cute backyard had comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed under the star filled sky. The location was perfect for all the activities and trails in the area. A great choice to consider in Sedona!
