We loved our Sedona house for a birthday girls trip! It was the perfect location, beautiful home and setting, very clean and everything was as described. The host was very communicative, especially with my questions regarding the pocket fire. We would definitely recommend this to our friends!

Beautiful home with a peaceful, relaxing backyard. We spend time in the large hot tub, watching the hummingbirds, different species of birds, quails, and chipmunks.Also, you are close to town. This won't be our last time at this property.

How was not as advertised in pictures on the website. Upon arrival house had painted over graffiti. Once inside we were greeted with multiple ants on kitchen counters and bathrooms. Hot tub was requested to be at 99. Sedona.Org said all of their hot tubs are set at that temp. The hot tub was 107 degrees and there was no chlorine in the water. Also the water line was below the jets which could burn out the pump. Sedona.Org said I could add more water to the hot tub we couldn’t use the first night. The outside lounge chair area was dirty and the chairs were full of water. We could not use the lounge chairs or the hot tub the first night. We had to either keep our food in the refrigerator or back in our coolers since the ants were always on the prowl. Contacted Sedona. Org and they said they would send someone out the next day for the ants and the hot tub. There was peeled paint chips on the floor in the sitting area next to the kitchen. Obviously the house wasn’t prepped for incoming visitors. The next day they said they sprayed for ants and cleaned up the outside and cleaned up the paint chips. — the next night we came home from dinner only to find more ants. We did a load of laundry and put them in the dryer for 60 minutes. Checked the dryer in the morning only to find wet clothes. Turned the dryer on for another hour and still had wet clothes. — Sedona.Org said they would send another handyman out to spray for ants again and check the dryer. He condemned the dryer. Not good.
