You leave the residence, you are either directly on this hilly golf course with a remarkable view of the bay of St Jean de Luz or you go for a walk along the nivelle which will take you accompanied by the splendour of the Rhune to the heart of St Jean de Luz and its port and its famous Place Louis XIV only 5 minutes walk away.
The beach is also a 7-minute walk away.
This residence will offer you a heated swimming pool from May to October with a great relaxing beach all around (umbrella and deckchair).
