About this apartment rental
Renovated apartment of 65 m2 quietly located in the city center of St Jean de Luz with a reserved parking space in front of the entrance of the house.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday (except summer, the days can be modulated) and the week at least.
Apartment located on the 3rd floor, without elevator, in a house occupied only by the owner and including a lounge (flat screen tv), a kitchen (fridge freezer, washing machine, ironing board, iron, microwave) , mini oven, coffee maker, toaster ...), a bedroom with a bed 160 memory shape (nine) and a wardrobe, a room with 2 beds 90 (new) and a wardrobe, a bathroom (shower), an independent toilet.
Baby equipment: an umbrella bed, a high chair, a bathtub.
New double glazing with electric shutter.

There is internet access, but it is capricious, so I prefer not to guarantee full Internet access.
30% deposit.
A cleaning fee may be charged if the apartment is not clean.
No pets.
Payment of the rest of the rental price on the day of arrival.
Linen not provided (sheets and towels), possibility to rent sheets to the laundry at 350m, (Pressing Garbi Toki 16 Bd Victor Hugo 0559260094) or on the website Loclinge who delivers 7 days a week at home and returns to pick up your laundry to your departure.

Un très bon accueil de la part de Sonia et sa famille! Ils mettent tout en oeuvre pour que le séjour soit très agréable. La maman de Sonia est adorable et nous reviendrons avec plaisir leur rendre visite!
L'emplacement est idéal, l'appartement est propre et fonctionnel avec du mobilier de qualité tout neuf (Lit très confortable) et la place de parking devant l'immeuble est + que parfaite. Le + pour nous: les éléments pour bébé mis à disposition pour un confort appréciable!

Mini four et pas de lave vaisselle
Manque quelques ustensiles
Wifi peu stable car box 2 étages plus Bas.
Immeuble sonore car plancher bois.

Appartement bien sympathique avec bon équipement. Accueil très chaleureux, plein de petits soins et papotages. Madame Maury mère est une dame de charactere attachante.Wifi de pauvre qualité et mot de passe impossible.
