Beautiful corner apartment, completely renovated in the hotel residence of the golf course (located opposite the golf course of the level).
Including a south west terrace of 10m2 with pool view where you can enjoy the evenings with the sunset, and a second north west terrace of 5m2.
Located 12 min walk from the city center of Saint Jean de Luz, the marina, 2 min from the small Marinela shopping center.
10 minutes from the train station;
Spain is only 15 minutes away by car...
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people divided into a bedroom with a double bed; a small bedroom with bunk beds then a bed for two people on a sofa bed in the living room.
the main room is 20m2 with a renovated and well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, host, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hair dryer, citrus press, iron, there is also a table and its 6 chairs a flat screen with underneath a piece of furniture with plenty of storage then the sofa bed.
the bathroom is equipped with a shower, the toilets are separated. A washing machine.
Pack 40€ sheets/towels/dish towel, to be paid on site on arrival.
So linen is not included.
Cleaning costs of 50€ will be requested upon your arrival. Thank you for respecting this rule.

Résidence avec piscine chauffée à 26 le top. Place de parking en souterrain génial. Appartement avec terrasse pour manger dehors. Très bien pour 4 . On va à st jean de luz à pied c’est à 10mn à peine

Appartement très bien situé, bien équipé, facile d'accès.
Pour 2 personnes c'est parfait. Par contre, fermeture de la porte de chambre à revoir.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cet appartement qui est bien situé pour visiter la région. La terrasse donnant sur la piscine est très agréable. Nous n'avons pas utilisé celle de la chambre car difficilement accessible.
Nous avons été bien accueillis par Sandra à notre arrivée.
Je recommande ce logement!
