We were a Family of six and there were bedsheets missing for two of us. The next morning we got them belated. The help desk/receptionists were all friendly, helpful and polite!

We stayed 6 nights with a family of 4 and found it was a very enjoyable residence due it’s relatively small scale, comfortable apartments with complete furnishings, super welcoming staff and a well-sized swimming pool. It is walkable to the center of town and beach in about 25 min. We loved it and would go back.

The staff were very welcoming and very helpful. Our apartment was very comfortable and clean. Our balcony gave us a view of a lovely forest, st Jean de Luz and the sea. The pool was perfect for us. Plenty of seating around the pool. The grounds of Villa Maldagora were very pleasant and well maintained. We enjoyed using the table tennis and borrowing the board games. Being able to order bread and pastries each day was great as the nearest shop is 15 minutes walk away. A car would have been useful but the local us service stops just outside the complex and runs every 30 minutes into the town.
We had a very restful and enjoyable week.
