Appartement très bien situé. Très agréable et fonctionnel. Le point négatif est le canapé qui est difficile à convertir !

Les +: Hyper centre et donc idéalement situé. Appartement fonctionnel, clair, déco sympa, tout pratiquement neuf et extrêmement propre. Literie neuve. Les -: couchage du canapé raide et pas pratique (lit à défaire pour le replier). Pas de voilage dans le salon alors qu'au 1er étage d'une place avec restaurants, donc ouverture des rideaux une fois habillés. Je recommande pour ceux qui ne privilégient pas le calme, mais on le sait quand on vient à St Jean, l'été.
