About this apartment rental

For your comfort, this large 3 * apartment has been completely renovated and equipped to new. Comfortable sleeping, beds made. 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed. 1 room with 2 beds 90x190. 1 convertible 160x200 and 1 in 140x190 in the living room. For baby: 1 cot, 1 folding chair, 1 bath, 1 small pot. Beds, sofas, new bedding, superior quality. American kitchen. Wireless. Television. Secure private garage. Beaches from 3 minutes walk. In the center of Ciboure (near town hall, tourist office, church, all shops, services, local markets). Train and bus stations of Saint-de-Luz at 600 m. Spain 15 km.
Pedestrian crossing in front of the entrance door of the building. Apartment on the ground floor, designed to facilitate access to housing strollers and people with reduced mobility. The new parquet, solid wood, participates in comfort.
All the equipments are new and of quality in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible. 1 washing machine, 1 tumble dryer, 1 drying rack, 1 ironing board and 1 iron are at your disposal. Shower room with double showers and double basins. Basic food products in the kitchen.
Secure private garage. Entrance entrance dimensions garage: width = 2.28 m, height = 2.00 m; garage depth = 4.70 m; total width = 3.45 m.
If you bring all your laundry (bed, toilet, kitchen), thank you to report it: no laundry fee will be due.
The tourist tax is 0,90 € per adult per night.

Loved the place. Great location. Pictures are accurate. Owners and property manager were helpful. We would stay here again.It is not self check-in, so property manager will meet you. That can be a problem if you don't know exactly what time you will arrive, or if you plan a late arrival.The garage is VERY tiny, so only small cars can fit in.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Ciboure où nous avons été très biens accueillis. L'appartement de Roger et Simone est vraiment très bien situé, le garage permet de garer sa voiture en toute sécurité et de profiter des transports en commun. les aménagements dans le logement sont neufs et très pratiques, très beaux également. nous sommes tombés sous le charme de Ciboure et ses alentours, nous reviendrons assurément.MS

L appartement est vaste super bien équipé tant au niveau vaisselle qu équipement ménager. On s y sent tout de suite bien. Le seul petit problème c est qu on ne peut ouvrir les fenêtres car Rdc et rue passante mais l appartement est très bien situé entre Socoa et St Jean de Luz accessibles à pied. En bref un très bon séjour.
