Très propre et confortable
Le déclenchement de la lumière extérieure pour monter les escaliers ne s’allume que lorsque l’on se trouve en haut de ceux ci donc la montée s effectue dans le noir la nuit cela est dangereux

La proximité avec St Jean de Luz et l'agencement des appartements
Une forte odeur d'humidité, des traces de moisissure sur les murs d'une chambre de l'étage ainsi que dans les placards, dans l'appartement 5 du bâtiment 3. Dans l'appartement 4 du bâtiment 3 :grosses toiles d'araignée derrière les tables de chevet dans la grande chambre , terrasse extérieure minimaliste, robinet cuisine instable, il manquait des ampoules électriques dans la salle de bain, dans le salon et sur l'extérieur et dans une chambre de l'appartement 2 du bâtiment 1. Un double vitrage côté rue aurait été apprécié. En conclusion les appartements mériteraient un bon rafraîchissement!
