About this house rental
Large home great for family gatherings. Beautiful views overlooking the Cedar River. Open floor plan with vaulted great room and floor to ceiling windows for an amazing view. Wrap around deck to enjoy the coffee in the morning or watch the sunset. Each king bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. Plenty of room for everyone. In-ground heated pool and game room to keep everyone busy. Lake access via private dock. Kayaks and bikes are on property and available for renters to use. This is a residential property, so events or ceremonies such as bachelor/bachelorette parties, weddings, graduations, etc. are strictly prohibited.

This was a perfect home for a family gathering, spacious and comfortable, and the owners thought of so many little things renters may forget to pack, such as cleaning items, hand soap, and kleenex. We played ladder ball that was provided and saw they had a lot of pool toys for when the pool is open. We appreciated that there were 5 en-suite bedrooms, perfect for 4 couples and our mom. The kids thought the basement with adjoining bunk rooms and game room were great (the large beds were nice for adult kids). The kitchen had plenty of items to cook at the house, and having 2 refrigerators was helpful.

It was a wonderful experience. The house is amazing and provides for every need and want. We had 13 family members from 8 years of age up to retirement and it was comfortable for all. We all loved the pool, the game room and spacious living areas, as well as having plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. It was perfect for our family reunion.

Beautiful home and amenities. Communication with the owners was great! We even forgot a game and they are mailing it back to us. The house is amazing with so much to do. If you aren't in the water at the pool or out on the water on the lake, there is plenty to do at the house and plenty of space to do it. We used this as more of a Staycation since some of my family had newborns. It was a great get together and the House provided plenty of space for all of us.
