You must see this unique, one of a kind property is shaped like a Pyramid. It is commonly referred to as "The Pyramid House ". It is a huge 5,600 square foot house comprised of three levels of living space. The house has a total of 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

We have welcomed as many as 30 guests with 22 people in beds and about 30 people when you use couches and air mattresses. Three of the bedrooms have king sized beds in them. The 4th bedroom has two queen beds in it and the 5th bedroom, considered to be the family suite has one queen bed, two double beds and a single lofted bunk bed. The 6th bedroom is one of the most popular bedrooms as it is perched at the top of the Pyramid House and contains a queen, a double and a single bed. This popular room has various windows on all four walls and serves as a observation level. The most talked about feature is the $10,000 glass point/top/roof at the very pinnacle of the Pyramid House. At night people can on most nights gaze up at the stars and feel the cool breeze blow in no matter what the direction the wind is blowing since there are windows on all four walls.

If the house is TOO BIG house can be separated or duplexed into a 4 bedroom suite (3,600 sq. ft.) and a 2 bedroom suite (2,000 sq. ft.). There are separate listings on VRBO for these two other options at lower prices.

The house comes complete with a theater room with wet bar, a party room or banquet room that seats 30 people and a large patio that can accommodate 50 guests for that large BBQ.

If you are looking for Clear Lake’s largest rental home that will accommodate your family/group, all under one roof then look no further. We are great for family reunions during the summer or for special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries or for the holiday gatherings. Families book the Pyramid House for Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas because not only do we sleep a lot of people, we also act like a VFW Hall or party room at a hotel as we can accommodate extremely large numbers in our banquet area with 2nd kitchen on the ground level.

This level has handicap access to this party room and the entire 3,600 square feet which also includes the theatre room and 4 bedrooms ( 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, 2 double beds and a twin bunk bed) and two bathrooms. This ground floor level can be rented out as our 4 bedroom option with a separate entrance if one desires to save a little money. This option and our 2 bedroom option are also available on VRBO with different property listing numbers.

Most people choose the whole house because they need the 5,600 square feet of living and MY PYRAMID HOUSE gives families plenary of space and comfort. Gives us a try and see all of our improvements since July of 2018. Our new management and cleaning service, Clear Lake Cleaning Company, are doing a great job and customer satisfaction has been outstanding since we made the switch.

NOTE : Calendar Price Reduction for Offseason Long Term Rates : $150/$200 per day.
I have also added Off Season Rates ( December 1st to May 15th ) for companies or groups that need a less expensive rate for a longer stay of 2 weeks or more. If 2 weeks is too long of rental period then message me to negotiate.
