About this house rental

This is phenomenal 9 BR house can use or set up the rec room & 2nd family room as bedroom #10. Home was Remodeled with 2 gorgeous kitchens w/2 sets of new appliances & washer/dryer. Beautiful cabinets and quartz counters & plenty of seating in eat in kitchen & formal dining room. Awesome XL living room w/65 inch TV plus more entertainment in a huge 20x30 rec room w/wet bar (3rd Kitchen sink & refrigerator). Brand New Flooring (LVP) in most of the home. The 4 bathrooms offer 2 full baths plus 2 other 3/4 bath. (4 showers in total). 65 inch TV in the XL living room w/view of the acreage setting w/lots of parking. Ask us about the local spots to check out plus Saylorville Lake & Marina & park shelters and picnic areas plus other boat & beach activities including things to do at Big Creek Beach. The house has a Polk City address but GPS will tell you it is a NW Ankeny address which is close to dozens of eating choices and stores. Great for XL families & work groups/contractors.

We stayed for state track with our team and the layout of the off house was perfect. Everyone had room to move around and have space. The double kitchen was perfect for our large group.

This place was beautiful. The pictures didn’t show the real beauty of the house. Very spacious. Way more space than we expected. Big yard that the kids enjoyed. Would love to rent again in two years when our other granddaughter graduates. I highly recommend
