Located 5 minutes from Saylorville Lake, 8 minutes to Prairie Trail District, and 20 minutes to downtown Des Moines.

This is a lovely house- clean- and great location. Messaged with property manager a couple of times prior to stay and they were quick to respond- much appreciated the fast response. I was in town for a wedding and the house was so beautiful we had the bride get ready at the house. Was hopeful she would have taken some photos there but we ran out of time. Thank you for a great stay

Used as a company retreat. It is a beautiful property that I'd use again. Very private. Sleeps 7 is true, but only 4 bedrooms (it looked like more in pics - more of a VRBO issue). Hosts were great and clear about expectations. Comfortable accommodations. It was a great space.

House was scrupulously clean and well appointed. All the information we needed was easy to find. Lovely setting and plenty of space for our mid-sized group to spread out throughout the day.
