Cottage 62  is a completely renovated, charming 1,144sf bungalow located in Old Seagrove, with 3 bedrooms/2 baths, sleeping up to 6. Neighborhood beach access within a 5-minute stroll; Seaside just a 10-minute bike ride away; Publix and WaterColor Crossing just a 5-minute ride. Perfect for small families - everyone LOVES Cottage 62. Owned by the same family since it was built, Cottage 62 is lovingly maintained, incredibly well-stocked, tastefully and thoughtfully appointed, and just an absolute dream! Oh, and don't forget to get some Deep Fried Love at the renowned Seagrove Village Market, just 2 blocks away! On-street parking is not allowed; please note parking below and plan accordingly.

Main level: Open, vaulted living area. Dining table seats 6, with stools for 4 along quartz counter. Fully equipped kitchen.

#1 Bedroom has a King bed.

#2 Bedroom has a Queen bed.

Full bath, with tub/shower, is shared by #1 and #2 Bedrooms.

#3 Bedroom (Master) has a King bed.

Master bath with walk-in shower.

This property was perfect for my bachelorette trip. We wanted something cute that was walking distance from the beach and Seaside and we got it! Would highly recommend this place!
