There is plenty of parking and this vacation rental has an RV Hook-up (30-amp) and boat parking! Seagrove Sanctuary has proven to be a guest favorite and will provide complete relaxation on two oversized porches to start your day enjoying a morning coffee or day-end cocktails and conversations. There are two swings to enjoy nature’s symphony from the secluded, screened-in comfort of the wrap-around porch.
The outside of this conveniently located home off 30A will remind you of Old Florida in its architecture, but the updates inside are the perfect touch! This beauty sleeps six, with two queen bedrooms, complete with TVs and a sleeper sofa in the main area. Guests will find the parking and camper hook-up, with 30 AMPs, a great plus and only steps away from the main house. If you stay around the house during the day, a deck runs the width of the house and is the perfect place for sun-worshipers.
Inside, you will be delighted with the high ceilings of the great room and all the carefully detailed wood accoutrements. We truly enjoyed our stay. Great location! We walked to Seaside, Publix and the beach with ease. This is a very peaceful property with awesome accommodations.

Some things that need attention at the property.
Floor door lock to the porch has a screw missing needs some repairs
Similar problem with the screen door on the porch with the lock for the door on the floor plus screen door does not close properly
Floor in the bathroom and rug by shower was wet when we arrived not sure why.
Lots of sand on the floors in all rooms. A vacuum cleaner would be nice. We always take our shoes off when entering.
Couple of spiders found in the kitchen.
Floors were not clean. We spent quite a bit of time sweeping
Outdoor deck light near bedroom does not come on with the switch in the bedroom
Windows are very dirty
A cleaning of the porch floors would be recommended.
Would be nice if there was an extension code for the lights on the porch. Again general cleanliness of the porch. Lights were dirty.
The door to the bathroom it difficult to open and close. It needs some love.
The door to the outside shower has a similar problem with the latch and lock.
Most of the rugs if not all are dirty and need cleaning.
Furnace return air vents in hallway are dirty
Floor vents for ac/heat are also dirty
We enjoyed our stay but cleanliness was an issue.
