The Space:
Relax, you’re on beach time at Southern Style, a stunning home just off 30A in Santa Rosa Beach! With plenty of green space for the kids, a private pool, and just minutes from the beach, this gorgeous retreat is the perfect place for your next getaway!
Southern Style is a cozy home with three bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to seven. Stunning grounds set amid beautiful shade trees welcome you in after long days at the beach, and beautiful interiors will have you settling into the coastal lifestyle in no time! The living room features a sofa, chairs, plenty of windows bringing in natural light, and a cozy fireplace to take the chill out of cooler evenings. You’ll have no problem whipping up fantastic creations in the expansive kitchen with upgraded appliances. A breakfast bar is a lovely spot for morning coffee while the kids enjoy breakfast at the dining table. Make those picture-perfect days last a little longer, and dine alfresco on the patio! Grill up burgers or your catch-of-the-day and relax under the stars while the kids play in the yard and pool. When it’s time to retire, unwind in a generous master suite with a king-sized bed, an en suite bath, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. A guest suite with a queen-sized bed and an additional guest suite with three twin beds ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest. A full-sized washer and dryer are additional conveniences to enjoy during your stay.

The House was clean the location was prime beach to left and public to the right … prefect !The yard can definitely be cleaned up lots of leaves even when you try an BBQ leaves are falling on food. Leaves made pool dirty They have a fire pit and it’s was awesome Big yard for kids!wish there was a covered patio for when it rains

Great location right off of 395 walkable to Seaside. Beach is about 2.5 blocks away and is public access. Bring your own beach gear. Back yard is large yet intimate due to shade trees. Lots of great outside seating options. Kitchen needs new pots and pans. Hallway bath shower drain needs attention. Pool looks dirty but it isn’t. It just needs to be resurfaced.

Pool was amazing. The center of Seaside was just a few minutes bike ride away as well as access to the public beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is great! The property needed major upgrades. The sliding door was awful. One bed had lots of sand in it. The light in the master bathroom didn’t work. The kids bathroom had mold.
