About this house rental
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful countryside estate, Honey Bee Acres. Watch the sun set with a glass of bubbles at night from the wrap around porch, gaze on the stars void of light pollution in this country home before falling asleep in Italian Frette linens and wake up with local coffee in our super automatic Jura coffeemaker. With everything you could need for the whole family, you will leave rested and restored after staying at Honey Bee Acres.
For guests booking directly or through VRBO, a hold will be placed on your card prior to check in to protect against damages. The hold will be released after checkout.
HOUSE RULES
Airbnb guests that have booked a stay have agreed to the house rules:
- Please be courteous of surrounding neighbors. We have cultivated a strong relationship to continue to host Airbnb guests. For noise / neighbor complaints guests will be fined or asked to leave the property without a refund.
- Guests must be over the age of 25.
- No parties &|or events, glitter, tape, or confetti without prior approval and fees.
- No smoking (vaping) or open flames of any kind. This includes incense. Guests who smoke will be charged a $500 additional cleaning fee.
- Please no loud music or noise after 8 PM.
- Please make sure ALL guests are registered. No photoshoots filming projects unless agreed upon when booking.
-If you live locally, we do not take last minute bookings.
PETS are NOT allowed.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Guests will be charged for missing or stained bath towels, comforter, sheets, or pillows.
REMINDER
- Security cameras/audio recording devices are located on the exterior of the property.
We attempt to properly maintain the vacation rental. The vacationer agrees to immediately notify the owner of any maintenance problem, so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible. Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he/she has no control. This includes but is not limited to: power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation, construction, mechanical failure. Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to vacationers or their guests as a result of the acts of said vacationers and guests. Owner is not responsible for any theft or damage to vacationer's belongings during their stay at the vacation rental. By booking this rental, you agree to all the terms listed here.

We had a great stay at Honey Bee Acres. The house is big and beautiful and well stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies. Given the setting I can easily imagine this being an ideal location for a hunting retreat. Our communication with Talia, the host, was incredible. She is polite and incredibly responsive. It was a pleasure doing business with her. No place is perfectL: When our party arrived, the house required additional cleaning on the interior and exterior; Talia had people there the very next morning. It is remote and the surrounding neighborhood is a little scruffy. The grill was filthy and out of propane forcing us to improvise dinner one night. There was a framing nail protruding from the wrap around deck that I stepped on (Talia had it fixed immediately). All in all, I would definitely rent this place again.

We rented the house to bring together our families for a weekend long Christmas celebration. We couldn't have been more pleased. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The property is beautiful and peaceful. The host responds very quickly. We look forward to staying here again!
