This property needs a lot of work. There was garbage all over the property, including right at the front door and along the driveway. Inside, the floors were dirty with trash left behind and there was a strong mildew smell. Communication was poor—we called three times and only ever received automated text messages back.The bed frames were too small for the mattresses, which made them unstable and uncomfortable. Smoke detectors were hanging out of the ceiling, light fixtures were missing, walls were dirty, and parts of the floor were unfinished. There were bugs inside, and the doors didn’t shut properly—the front door was missing its seal. The driveway was washed out, which luckily wasn’t a problem since we had an SUV, but it could be for other vehicles.This place could be nice with some care and basic maintenance, but as it is, it felt neglected and poorly managed
