The Space:
Conveniently located near everything Cumming has to offer, including Northside Hospital, our apartment is an ideal choice for traveling nurses, medical professionals, and anyone seeking a comfortable, accessible stay.
Whether you're here for work, leisure, or visiting loved ones, you'll enjoy meticulously designed interiors featuring contemporary decor and modern amenities.
You will sleep well, feel right at home, and be welcomed by a hospitable host.

Guests have access to their own apartment and patio space in a triplex home.
Other Things to Note:
At Luxe Vacay Stays LLC, we welcome our guests with open arms and open hearts. We really value creating comfortable and cozy spaces while going above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The proof is in our ratings.
There are, however, occasions where additional intervention is required that is above and beyond that of a typical stay. In these instances, we must charge additional fees.
*Unapproved late check-out (this is not an extension of stay) - $100/hr
*Retrieval of unapproved items from septic tank - at cost (typically ~$1000)
*Excessive markings on the wall - $100
*Forgotten items - $10 admin fee + cost of shipping.
We try our best to notify guests of these items, but they do go into lost and found two weeks following the conclusion of stay.
*Failure to remove personal items after stay concludes (does not include one-off forgotten items) - $100
*Storage of personal items after stay concludes (does not include one-off forgotten items) - $200/day for a maximum of 3 days, in addition to fee, items go into lost and found on day 4.
*Missing/Damaged items - $10 admin fee + reasonable replacement cost
*Any additional service required that's not a result of normal use/wear & tear - at reasonable cost
*Pet fee - $100/stay. Maximum 2 pets under 35 pounds. Payable with reservation confirmation.
*Highly recommend purchasing travel insurance! Google "travel insurance."
