Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, patio, terrace. In the house: sauna (extra). Fitness room, playroom, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Motor access to the house. Public parking on the road extra. Shop, grocery, restaurant, café 200 m, bus stop, railway station "Locarno - Muralto SBB-CFF". Golf course (18 hole) 7 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, cable car 700 m. Es ist eine so schöne kleine Wohnung mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den See und die Berge. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und komfortabel. Allerdings gibt es keine ausgewiesenen Parkplätze, die Matratze ist zu weich und die größte Beschwerde, die wir hatten, war die Check-out-Zeit, 9:30, die viel zu früh ist. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und können es anderen Reisenden nur empfehlen.

Unsere Ferienwoche konnten wir in der gut ausgerüsteten Wohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung liegt zusätzlich bestens für Ausflüge in unseren südlichen Gefilden. Gerne wieder:-)

Die Wohnung ist für einen Aufenthalt im Frühling, im Herbst hervorragend. Im Sommer wenn es Heiss ist, nicht, fehlende Klimaanlage lässt in der Nacht keinen Schlaf zu, die Hitze staut sich. Sonst toll, schöner Ausblick auf die Magadinoebene gegeben
