Step into Island Life in this beautiful "heated" pool home situated between the Intercoastal and the white sandy beaches of Anastasia Island. Just a short walk, bike ride, or drive (.6 miles) to our famous sandy beaches. Just as magnificent is the private outdoor oasis, including the expansive lanai and screened in heated pool with plenty of room to relax throughout the area. Great for family gatherings, entertaining, and enjoying the sunsets, with water views of the coquina pond.

This gorgeous, newly furnished beach home starts with a large, vaulted ceiling living area with plenty of comfortable seating for family & friends, a sunlight filled family room including a sofa sleeper and a 50" flat screen TV where kids can hangout, a large dining area to gather for meals or game night, a kitchen nook with cozy seating for 4, situated next to the fully stocked coffee bar, including a regular drip, K-cups, or French press coffee maker.
The Huge master bedroom includes a king sized bed and 50" flat screen TV with an ensuite bathroom that boasts a garden tub and extra large walk-in shower. On the other side of the house, there are 2 additional bedrooms each with super comfy queen beds, and another full bathroom with a tub/shower.
Even more breathtaking is the outdoor space. There are countless areas to relax and enjoy the heated salt water pool, or sit comfortably while grilling your favorite meal. There is a large table as well so you can spend meal time enjoying the beautiful tropical climate. Stretch out with your favorite cocktail while you view the evening sunsets with water views of the coquina pond. Your pups will also have plenty of space to roam and enjoy the fully fenced in backyard. If you prefer, there is a covered front porch with relaxing seating as well.
There is plenty of space for the entire family (or two families) to create wonderful memories.
Don't worry about having to do loads of laundry after you leave this lovely vacation home, because we provide a full washer & dryer for your use.

Guest will have access to the entire house and property. The backyard is surrounded by trees and a pond which creates a very quiet, private experience.

Other things to note:
WALK TO THE BEACH!! Matanzas Ave Beach access is .6 miles from our driveway to the white sandy beach. If you have a 4WHD vehicle, you can drive onto the beach for a minimal fee.
For free parking, Crescent Beach Park is 2.4 miles south on A1A. You can park your vehicle in the lot for free and walk onto the beach..
There are numerous beach access points along A1A as well.
We provide 3 bicycles for our guests to enjoy.
We provide 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, and a wagon for guest use.
2 Major Grocery stores less than 3 miles.
Several restaurants & shopping with minutes.
Historic Downtown St. Augustine is filled with history, art galleries, attractions, restaurants, and shopping (8 miles from property).

If visiting historic downtown, we recommend using Uber because parking can be difficult to find. Although, there is a large public parking garage.
