This quaint, comfortable, and spotless beach home is perfectly located just five minute drive to Butler Beach and grocery shopping, and about twenty-five minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine. The pool was clean and relaxing, and the kitchen was well stocked for nights we stayed in. Large Roku TVs were in the living room and bedrooms, and it was great having a washer and dryer for clean clothes before heading home. The hosts were kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again! It’s a hidden gem!

Our family (2 adults, 3 little girls 7 and under, and our dog) stayed at Beach Bums during spring break for five nights. The best part of this home is its proximity to the beach. There is public parking just down the street (15 seconds away) to help cut down the walk, if needed. If you park there, it is just a five minute walk, even with little kids, or you can drive right onto the beach with 4x4 vehicles. It is a beautiful section of Butler Beach. The house had a beach wagon, coolers, and towels to use, which was so helpful. The house is also convenient to downtown and other areas of St. Augustine.The home was very clean upon our arrival, and it had plenty of kitchen supplies. The home also had lots of board games and puzzles for our kids to play during downtimes.The pool and hot tub were also freshly cleaned. While the pool is not heated, it is protected some from the direct sun which would be great in the summer.The owners always quickly responded to questions before and during our stay and even checked in with us after the first night to see if we needed anything. We definitely recommend this home to families and beachgoers. Thank you all so much for letting us enjoy our spring break here!

Stay was great. Only negatives were the light bulbs needed changing and hot tub water was cloudy, only used it once because of it.
