You'll love this 2nd floor apartment near downtown Newport and beaches. The space offers a private entrance, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms (sleeps up to 4 adults, max), and outdoor space for grilling and fireside chats. 2 bedrooms on the first level with kitchen and dining area featuring vaulted ceilings. Just upstairs, a cozy living space that looks over the kitchen/dining. This is one of 2 units in a 2-family house. Rent both for groups up to 16. Less than a mile to the beach and 2.5mi to Newport.
This unit has a private entrance, parking and separate outdoor space for grilling, dining, and hanging around the fire pit. It's fully equipped with everything you need from kitchen essentials to soaps, in-unit laundry, board games, beach towels & chairs, and coffee.
On the main floor, enjoy bright sunlight and a central common space with lots of seating for dining. Two queen bedrooms down the hall including one with a private en-suite bathroom and the other with an attached bath that also services the common hallway. Both bedrooms have access to the second floor deck via sliders. Up the stairs is the lounging area with TV and pullout queen sofa.
Nice residential location known for beach-goers but also close to the local vineyards, farms, and downtown Newport.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. We wanted a place where we could be close to the beach, that was dog friendly, clean, and comfortable. This checked all the boxes! Thank you!

Our family absolutely loves Newport. We stay in the area every year. This year instead of a hotel, we decided to rent a space. This apartment was the perfect choice for our family of 6! Plenty of room, comfortable beds, clean and updated decor. The bathrooms and showers were beautiful! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The loft area upstairs had a queen sofa bed and smart TV-- a perfect hangout for my teens. The property was fully stocked with everything you need-- kitchen items, bath towels, pillows and linens, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and cute. We grilled in the backyard, enjoyed the fire pit and deck, sipping drinks in the evening. The beaches are a short drive away. We enjoyed days at Second Beach. There are restaurants and food shops right in the neighborhood. Short drive into the town of Newport. The property manager Kelly was helpful and responsive. We had one issue with a TV in one of the bedrooms and Kelly offered to come by to fix it.
The only thing about this property that was inconvenient was the low water pressure in the showers. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again!
