Inside, vaulted ceilings lend an airy quality to the living and dining spaces, with a well-appointed kitchen close by. Three bedrooms welcome up to 6 guests, and individually controlled mini splits make it easy to adjust each zone to individual preferences. A spacious yard is especially appealing for those traveling with pets. In-home laundry and driveway parking for up to 3 cars add further convenience.
The Space:
Vaulted ceilings enhance the main living area, creating a bright setting for spending time together between visits to the beach and Newport. Comfortable seating faces the Smart TV for movie nights or a quiet evening at home.
The kitchen is well suited to meals at home, with a full-size refrigerator, range and dishwasher. A microwave is also provided. The peninsula offers preparation space and casual counter seating, with a dining table nearby for shared meals.
Three bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests. Each room has a full-size bed, and individually controlled mini splits allow the temperature in each zone to be adjusted according to guest preferences. One full bathroom serves the home.

Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.

Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis. A $200 non-refundable pet fee and $50 additional cleaning fee apply.
We provide dedicated driveway parking for 3 vehicles. Please note that parking on the street is not permitted, as that area is owned by the Town and subject to ticketing and towing. To avoid any issues, kindly use only the driveway.
